1. Standard. You purchase software and pay the annual subscription fee (optional). By choosing this option, you install the system on your hardware, set it up and administer it yourself. You can select one of the three versions where price is determined by the user base. The smaller your team is, the less you pay.

   

   The price already includes the annual subscription that provides you with all the system updates and access to our technical support service. The annual subscription prolongation costs 20% of the product price, but this is optional. It means that you can choose not to buy the additional subscription and continue working in the system without any time limitations or functional restrictions. In this case, however, your will not get any updates and limited support via our official forum will be available only.

2. SaaS (Software as a Service). You pay an annual subscription fee only. If you go with this option, we install the system for your company on our servers and provide you with an initial system account to manage TeamWox Groupware. We take full responsibility for hardware, server administration and maintenance. We guarantee that none of our company employees can have access to your system and confidential information in it.

   

   The SaaS version is intended for the unlimited number of users. By choosing SaaS, you can create 50, 500 or more accounts in your system. Your TeamWox Groupware will be installed in a data center. It is recommended that the closest data center be chosen to provide the highest speed for TeamWox operation. The SaaS price already includes all the system updates and technical support.
