   The system price already includes one year's subscription, with which you will receive all the system updates and can anytime contact our technical support service. The annual prolongation of the subscription costs 20% of the product price, but it's optional. It means that you can choose not buying the additional subscription and continue working in the system without any time or functional restrictions. Though in this case your system won't be updated, and limited support via our official forum will be offered to you.

   To familiarize yourself with the system as applied to your business, you may use the free-of-charge version of TeamWox for 10 users. It has neither time nor functional restrictions, except for the limited number of users (maximum 10 accounts). All the updates of the system are also free of charge, and they will be delivered to you during the whole period of system use.

   Attention: You can increase the number of users, if necessary. Just send us an order with your domain, contact details and type of the license. You will need to pay only the difference in the version prices. For example, when upgrading from a 25-user license to the unlimited one, you will need to pay only $6,600 instead of its full cost $10,000.

   

   We have reduced the TeamWox three times for all government organizations - the price of the unlimited TeamWox version under this offer is $3400.
   

   

   We provide fully functional version of TeamWox to any educational institution absolutely free of cost. This free version is designed for the unlimited number of users and includes a free unlimited subscription to the system updates. It is available to any organization that has a valid license for educational activity, issued by the relevant governmental regulatory body.
   




2. SaaS (Software as a Service)

   You pay for a temporary permission to use software, with a normal subscription for updates and technical support. The system will be installed on remote servers, while you will have accounts to manage it. The service provider will handle all of the concerns in relation to hardware, server administration and maintenance. Actually SaaS is leasing a software, not buying it.

   

   Buying the SaaS version you pay only for the required number of accounts each month. The accounts are sold as packs 5 account each (10, 15, 20 and so on). For example, one month you can buy 20 accounts, next month 45, and then pay for only 35 accounts you use.

   Attention: The price of the SaaS subscription includes technical support and all the updates of the system.
