Foundational role building dealing operation from scratch. You'll lead trading operations, build the team, and develop risk management systems. Requires entrepreneurial mindset with deep forex/CFD dealing expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Execute A/B book strategies and manage P&L
- Oversee LP integrations and relationships
- Control exposure, slippage, latency across all instruments
- Configure instruments: spreads, swaps, markups
- Develop classification system for trading strategies (arbitrage, HFT, latency, scalping, toxic flow)
- Build trader behavioral profiles and strategy database
- Construct risk metrics library: frequency, duration, win rate, risk/reward, news correlation
- Real-time exposure monitoring and limit enforcement
- Configure alerts for suspicious activity
- Define business requirements for risk monitoring system
- Collaborate with dev team on module functionality (metrics, triggers, interfaces)
- Develop order routing rules to manage toxic flow
- Manage LP connections
- Ensure best execution and regulatory compliance
- Build automated dashboards for real-time monitoring
- Recruit and build 3-person dealing team + back-office
- Set KPIs and train team members
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years forex/CFD dealing at brokerage or LP
- 5+ years building/managing dealing teams
- Deep expertise in MT5 execution mechanics, A/B book models, LP integrations
- Strategy knowledge in Arbitrage, news trading, scalping, latency, HFT
- Technical: FIX protocol, APIs, aggregator architecture (OneZero, PrimeXM)
- Experience building monitoring frameworks
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles in the industry
