We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to join our Cyprus team An ideal candidate is a meticulous practitioner, with independent problem solving skills, from task identification through full integration.
We are NOT looking for a leader/analyst/advisor who teaches others how to work. We need an independent technical leader. Please provide links to the portfolio of your previously implemented projects in your cover letter.
Responsibilities:
- Developing user behavior analysis and classification systems in areas related to financial trading, advertising analytics and website visitor tracking
- Developing mechanisms for continuous automatic reclustering and moderation of new classes
- Working with business customers: meeting deadlines, participating in the entire project cycle, from collecting ideas to implementation followed by continuous development
Requirements:
- Experience in modeling projects in a business-oriented environment
- Practical application of ML in real-life tasks, from 0 to 100% ready stage
- Experience in integrating modeling systems with server software, ideally with C ++ applications
- Experience in developing ML in a business-oriented environment
- Understanding requirements of the industry and knowledge of current trends in ML theory and tools: classical methods, neural networks, Python, R, tensor-flow
- Ability to quickly and reasonably assess the advantages and disadvantages of approaches
Nice to have:
- Experience in projects related to user classification by behavior parameters, identification of motivated behavior, classification of websites and applications, simulation of sports competitions
- Knowledge of Python (Cython, Jython, PyPy), NumPy, SciPy, Pandas
- C++ commercial experience
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and MapReduce: Mongo, Elastic, Hadoop, ClickHouse
