Requirements:
- University degree in Law,
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in the financial or software industry,
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights,
- Good understanding and experience with trademark, copyright laws, piracy and other intellectual property issues,
- Holder of the CySEC Basic / Advanced / AML Certificate will be considered an advantage,
- IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools),
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written,
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures,
- Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability,
- Attention to detail and quality of work,
- Clear and effective communication skills,
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and/or Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day legal requirements and responsibilities of the company,
- Responsible for dealing with legal documents, agreements creation, revisions and updates,
- Assist with issues that relate to the infringement of the intellectual property of the company,
- Research for legal solutions to problems related to IP, software as well as online content and provide solutions,
- Deal with legal matters that concern compliance issues with clients.
