Customer Success Manager

Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and expand strong partnerships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.  
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored recommendations that meet their needs.  
  • Foster customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction by delivering top-tier support and service.  
  • Collect and share client insights and suggestions for product improvements with the development team.  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.  
  • Design and implement customer success strategies aimed at boosting product adoption and maximizing value for clients.  
  • Leverage an existing client base to promote and sell additional solutions provided by MetaQuotes.

Requirements: 

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required,
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support, account management, or sales within the Forex sector,
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of an additional language is a plus,
  • Knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities,
  • Excellent relationship-building and management skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organized with a focus on delivering results
  • Previous experience in Marketing will be beneficial
