Responsibilities:
- Build and expand strong partnerships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored recommendations that meet their needs.
- Foster customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction by delivering top-tier support and service.
- Collect and share client insights and suggestions for product improvements with the development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Design and implement customer success strategies aimed at boosting product adoption and maximizing value for clients.
- Leverage an existing client base to promote and sell additional solutions provided by MetaQuotes.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required,
- Demonstrated experience in customer support, account management, or sales within the Forex sector,
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of an additional language is a plus,
- Knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5
- Exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities,
- Excellent relationship-building and management skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Highly organized with a focus on delivering results
- Previous experience in Marketing will be beneficial
