Junior Technical Support

  • Monitor and reply all incoming technical support tickets, chats and answer frequently asked questions
  • Manage and distribute all incoming queries from clients and users
  • Answer calls and help clients over telephone
  • Assist in internal departmental workload


  • Technical background (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in science, technology or engineering
  • Solid mathematical understanding
  • High level of computer literacy and excellent knowledge of prevailing software for working on the Internet
  • Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Solid moral and ethical character
  • Ability to give explanations and provide reasoning
  • Ability to learn fast - the chosen candidate will participate in very intensive training (his/her knowledge will have to be continuously updated)
  • Great attention to detail

Additional requirements (considered as an advantage):

  • Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in trading in financial markets
  • Prior knowledge of server deployment and maintenance
  • Prior knowledge in customer support on technical matters
